- November 15: The preliminary program has been released: Preliminary Program (HTML). The final program will be released by Nov. 28, 2025
- October 31, 2025: The camera-ready paper must be submitted via the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) Author Kit link, which has been sent to all authors of accepted papers.
- October 31, 2025: Notification emails have been sent to authors of both accepted and rejected papers.
- January 1, 2025: Although the IEEE MCSoC Symposium has returned to its standard in-person format, presenters who cannot attend in person will still be able to deliver their talks online.

Invitations will be issued based on the relevance and quality of the technical results presented, the timeliness of the contribution, the outcome of the review process, and the Review Committee’s recommendations. Upon notice of paper acceptance to the conference or shortly after MCSoC 2025, selected authors will receive detailed instructions on how to submit an extended manuscript.
